The challenge

When EEEZ (East of England Energy Zone) came to Pb they had next to no visibility within the energy sector. Their aim was to reposition themselves as an integral part of the energy industry by increasing their reputation as a pioneering partnership of regional business and political leaders in Norfolk and Suffolk. To do this they needed a dynamic, compelling and relevant brand.

The solution

Pb took EEEZ through a robust creative branding process that focuses on four areas – Discover, Define, Design and Deliver.

Initially discovering and interrogating the current business and the marketplace. Then defining the key brand elements such as purpose, values and personality before designing a relevant and powerful visual articulation before delivering it across multiple platforms - EEEZ became GENERATE.

The outcome

GENERATE had its launch at the Global Offshore Wind event, with an accompanying social media campaign. GENERATE's subsequent footfall and website traffic proved that the strong and straight-talking brand is memorable, purposeful and effective. Pb has delivered the brand across multiple channels and platforms, with GENERATE establishing itself as a beacon in the energy sector.
