We have a great opportunity for an experienced technically competent and creative Event Production Lead to join our outstanding Creative Communications Agency delivering exceptional events and experiences.
To be one of our Pb Event Production Leads you will have a proven track record in delivering exemplary, creative, and inspiring corporate events to a wide range of corporate clients across various sectors. Ideally, we want to hear from individuals who have at least three years experiencing of delivering exceptional events and experiences with demonstratable knowledge and skills in event production management with an emphasis on sustainable solutions. You will also possess a talent for messaging and creative content development.
The successful candidate will have excellent end to end project management skills managing budgets and scope of projects. This role requires high attention to detail and good client relationship skills are a pre-requisite. You will strive to creatively interpret our client’s briefs utilising all internal resources to deliver innovative ideas and event solutions which address our client’s objectives.
Technically competent, and confident the Event Production Lead guides our clients through all aspects of the production process. Experience of working with a variety of streaming platforms combined with broadcast and studio knowledge is desirable.

Audio Visual Warehouse Manager

As we continue to grow our Technical Services team, we are looking to appoint an experienced Warehouse Manager.
The primary focus of the role will be to support the wider technical services team with the effective storage, maintenance, quality control and picking of our wide range of technical event equipment we currently store and utilise for our client projects.
Working closely with the AV Technical Operations Manager the successful candidate will possess good people management skills with a strong desire to support, mentor and develop their team driving improvements to working practices. You will be well organised, used to working to multiple deadlines whilst delivering great service.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of both goods in/out procedures, good knowledge of health & safety practices for safe storage/racking, as well experience of implementing rigorous quality control processes.
A working knowledge of logistics and carnet procedures would also be desirable, it would be highly beneficial to possess a good understanding of audio-visual production equipment ideally across the following disciplines of sound, lighting, video, rigging, cables etc. Knowledge of PAT testing would also be desirable.
There is a requirement to work during weekends or evenings if there is a business need to provide load/unload cover etc as part of a rota.
