    • Head of Creative Studio

      Head of Creative Studio
Based in Norwich with travel required for client meetings
Salary – dependent on skills and experience

This newly created position of Head of Creative Studio is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, talented and driven individual who is excited by the challenge of taking a lead in this growing area of Pb. Working with the Creative Director and the wider team at Pb, you will be responsible for driving excellence within our design, motion and digital studios.

We are looking for someone who is naturally highly creative with a commercially focused approach, being able to identify business opportunities and solutions to support our impressive range of global clients and build a wider client base. You will have an excellent understanding of how to approach, shape and deliver a client proposal, and be able to identify and guide the right creative solution for projects through the members of the creative team. Client facing role

We also know that having one eye on the external world is important and maintaining a focus on what is happening outside of Pb keeps us fresh, as well as creating our own trends and style. A passion for all things creative and our clients businesses with an ability to identify and engage with the wider creative world, bringing that knowledge and experience into our studios will be what motivates you. Leading the teams to be their best for our clients and themselves will be vital.
