      Wanted – a Project Manager with demonstrable experience of supporting the delivery of a wide range of corporate exhibition and event projects.

      As we continue to deliver exceptional live, virtual and hybrid event experiences for our clients, we are looking for an additional Project Manager to join our Project team. This role will have a specific assignment during the first 12 months of employment focusing on supporting one of our global clients with the project management of 5 exhibition stands by September 2023.

      The Project Manager role is an exciting, demanding, and varied role which will provide day to day project support to the relevant Project Lead. You will have demonstrable project management skills incorporating knowledge of monitoring budgets, and experience of coordinating and managing various project milestones/timelines is essential. This role requires high attention to detail and organisational ability. Client focused with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills you will be confident working both autonomously and collaboratively with Pb internal teams and possess a ‘can do’ attitude. Experience of dealing with third party suppliers and venues is desirable.

      You will have an interest in content development, an appreciation of technical production and exhibition management issues as well as previous exposure to event project support in a corporate environment. There will be the need to attend client meetings and support with the flow of information by undertaking progress meeting notes to update internal departments of the project actions/status. You will also be working across multiple stakeholders and addressing their needs.

      The successful candidate will ideally have some experience of supporting the interpretation of client’s briefs utilising all internal resources to deliver innovative ideas and solutions which address our client’s objectives. An awareness of working with client brand guidelines, internal policies and codes of conduct are also desirable. There will the need to support projects on site at various locations within the UK and overseas when required.

    • Digital Program Coordinator

      Wanted – a Program Coordinator with experience of supporting and coordinating the planning and delivery of a wide range of corporate digital event projects. This role is working within the IT & Digital Team.

      As we continue to deliver exceptional live, virtual and hybrid event experiences for our clients, we are looking for a Digital Program Coordinator to join the team. It is an exciting, demanding, and varied role which will provide day to day planning support to the relevant Digital Solutions Team Manager, Digital Program Manager, IT infrastructure & Special Projects Manager, and Digital Producers.

      The Digital Program Coordinator’s primary role is to take an overview of the digital project’s program, coordinating, tracking the resources and demands required between projects, ensuring key project milestones/timelines are met and facilitating communication between internal stakeholders. You will have demonstrable end to end project management skills incorporating knowledge of monitoring budgets, raising PO’s, experience of coordinating and managing projects in terms of timelines as well as the ability to identify any risks relating to project scope. Ideally you will have some digital agency experience or have managed multiple projects with varied digital assets/content. An awareness of GDPR is desirable to ensure compliance.

      The successful candidate will be highly organised, possess high attention to detail with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will need to be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively and possess a ‘can do’ proactive attitude.

      There will be the need to attend client meetings and support with the flow of information by undertaking progress meeting notes to update internal departments of the project actions/status.
