      We are actively seeking a dynamic & creative Digital Producer to work with our outstanding Digital & IT Team.

      This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team of excellent creatively lead digital colleagues supporting the delivery of professional digital and virtual event based projects for a wide range of corporate clients.

      You will be involved in:

      Briefings and project meetings to help shape and define client’s digital requirements
      To help determine the budget and timescales of projects
      To support the build and manage Virtual Event and Micro Portals using our platforms
      To implement solutions for the Portals
      The be able to code HTML mailers
      To support the client and/or internal stakeholders in the creative interpretation of briefs
      To collaborate with our clients, the Digital team and the wider Pb in order to deliver the highest quality solutions
      To be the live streaming day support to the Event Producer, Streaming Provider, the Client and their delegates with all associated technical support relating to Portals, Apps and other Digital solutions - solving immediate issues
      To provide support to Clients and their delegates with requests for information and technical support
      Delivery of innovative creative solutions against challenging deadlines
      Develop and maintain client relationships


      The Person

      Excellent digital "know how" and experience

    • Exhibition & Spatial Design Builder

      Wanted – an Exhibition & Spatial Design builder to join an outstanding Creative Communications Agency delivering exceptional events and experiences. You will have experience of working within a manufacturing workshop environment

      As we continue to deliver exceptional virtual and hybrid event experiences for our clients, we are looking for an additional Exhibition & Spatial Design Builder for our workshop working alongside our team of Designers, Project Managers and Carpentry team.

      Ideally you should be able to demonstrate an aptitude or have experience in the preparation and building of temporary structures utilising carpentry, painting and finishing skills. We are interested to hear from individuals who have an interest in developing a career within live events and exhibitions, and spatial structure construction.

      The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, very well organised, and a team player who can multi-task and work to strict deadlines whilst still delivering great service. You will be required to work flexibly within the team and be available to work during weekends or evenings either at the workshop or on site when there is a business need. You will need to be independently mobile to perform this role.

      This opportunity will suit individuals who may have a relevant carpentry/construction qualification or be qualified through experience. However, we would also consider applications from recently qualified carpentry candidates.

    • Head of Creative Studio

      The position of Head of Creative Studio is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, talented, and driven individual who is excited by the challenge of taking a lead in this growing area of Pb. Working with the Director of Creative & Digital, and the wider team at Pb, you will be responsible for driving excellence within our design and motion studios, as well impacting creatively across the wider business.

      We are looking for someone with experience in multiple creative environments, with a commercially focused approach, who is able to identify creative solutions to support our impressive range of global clients and build a wider client base. A leader who can motivate, inspire, and galvanise creative teams, you will have an excellent understanding of how to approach, shape and deliver a client proposal, and be able to identify and guide the right creative solution for projects through the members of the creative team. Our strength is delivering projects on time and within budget and so this should be important but should not stifle your creativity.

      Essentially the key elements of the role are:

      • Drives Design and Motion studio integration, shaping and galvanising the Creative Studio.
      • Energise, enable, and motivate the team.
      • Lead on, and support where necessary, the creative aspects on projects.
      • Champion the creative process - from brief to review - with authority and credibility.
      • Be a change agent for new ways of working and thinking.
      • Identify and resource different creative responses based on project briefs.
      • Build a creative studio that goes beyond its current offering to grow the business.

      We also know that having one eye on the external world is important and maintaining a focus on what is happening outside of Pb keeps us fresh, as well as creating our own trends and style.     • Exhibition & Spatial Design Head of Workshop

      We are an outstanding Creative Communications Agency delivering exceptional events and experiences and are seeking an experienced individual to lead and manage our Exhibition & Spatial Design Workshop team.

      As we continue to deliver exceptional virtual and hybrid event experiences for our clients, we are looking to appoint a Head of Workshop to manage the day-to-day operational requirements of the workshop team consisting of Builders and Joiners. You will also work closely with our team of Designers and Project Manager.

      Ideally you will possess previous experience as a Workshop Manager and be comfortable leading and managing a small team of workshop staff in the construction of high-quality temporary structures such as exhibition stands, conference sets and other installations from designs through to delivery within given deadlines and budgets. You will develop and maintain effective and efficient processes, allocate and manage work schedules, monitor resources and budgets.

      Successful applicants will be technically competent with excellent attention to detail and able to draw upon different manufacturing processes to support the delivery of projects . You will be able to interpret and plan the manufacture of items from technical drawings using your specialist knowledge to ensure the most effective method of construction and share best practice within the team.

      You will be professional, personable, and well organised, able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and possess practical knowledge of Health & Safety procedures. You will be a confident PC user with working knowledge of Microsoft packages.

      You will be required to work flexibly within the team and be available to work during weekends or evenings either at the workshop or on site when there is a business need. You will need to be independently mobile to perform this role as you may need to drive to different sites for projects. Willingness to jump on the tools when needed to provide extra support to the team and to participate in the loading and unloading of vehicles as equipment and projects leave and return to the workshop is required.
